First rule of cool: Cool cannot accurately be observed at all, because the act of discovering cool causes cool to take flight.

Second rule of cool: Cool cannot be manufactured, only observed.

Third rule of cool: Cool can only be observed by those who are themselves cool.

Odd, contradictive, but kind of makes sense. The rule of thumb by DeeDee Gordon and Baysie Wightman, not me. I'm not cool enough to make up rules for being cool. Ha!
